Delivery Terms – Returns, Damages and Delays

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service. Please ensure that delivery details provided are accurate.


Returns

We accept items back if they are in saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging, at our discretion, if returned within 28 days of purchase.

Any return must first be authorised by Crystal Harmony. Please contact us at sales@crystalharmony.co.uk to request authorisation.

If authorised, we will issue a full refund for the goods. Please note that shipping costs incurred by you in the original transaction and the fees incurred in returning the goods to us are non-refundable.


Damaged Returns

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier immediately of any trace of damage to the parcel (such as holes, signs of crushing, etc.) and, if necessary, refuse delivery.

No exchanges or refunds can be made at a later time for goods claimed to have been damaged during carriage without notification to the carrier at the time of delivery.

As with any shipment, delays or loss of goods are possible. In such cases, the carrier will start an investigation. Every effort will be made, for as long as necessary, to locate the package. If the package is not found, the carrier will reimburse Crystal Harmony, who will, where possible, deliver a new, identical package to the customer free of charge.

Crystal Harmony shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, including delays caused by the loss of goods, bad weather, or strikes.


Loss or Damage in Transit

Crystal Harmony will not be responsible for damage or loss of goods or part thereof in transit, or for any discrepancy between the goods delivered and the goods ordered, unless the customer gives written or email notice of a claim to Crystal Harmony and the carrier within three (3) business days of delivery.

In the event of damage to goods in transit or any discrepancy, the customer must hold the goods and make them available for inspection or collection by Crystal Harmony or its representatives upon request.


Delivery Errors – Wrong Goods Sent and Over Deliveries

The customer must inform Crystal Harmony immediately (the same day, or at the latest, the first business day following delivery) of any claim of delivery error or non-conformity of goods, in kind or in quality, compared with the information on the purchase order.

Any claim made after this period will be rejected. All claims must be made in writing to sales@crystalharmony.co.uk.

Any claim that does not comply with the rules above will not be accepted, and Crystal Harmony will be released from any responsibility to the customer.

In the case of a delivery error or exchange, all goods to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in full, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition to:

The customer must first declare any return to Crystal Harmony and receive Crystal Harmony’s consent. If accepted, the customer will ship the package to the address above.

Shipping fees incurred by the customer where items were delivered but not requested will be covered by Crystal Harmony, except where the goods do not correspond to the original declaration made by the customer concerning the return.


Crystals and Crystal Healing Disclaimer

The use of crystals in crystal healing is based upon personal belief and is considered a complementary therapy. Crystals should never be used as a replacement for conventional physical or psychological therapies. Always consult a practitioner if you are concerned about your physical or psychological health.
